Vanity” came into mind, because I wanted to develop a tool that would have a positive effect on as many humans as possible—not only in the US, but worldwide, and from the very beginning of that Aha! moment, I kept these three words in mind as I worked through a very intense development process.
Essential Awakenings® Brings Nature Indoors
An Essential Awakenings® activity is easy to conduct. Anyone can do it, and a lot of it is instinctive. The smell prompts can be used as a guessing game that stimulates the mind and challenges the audience to think and express how they would describe the aroma or for storytelling time. Everyone has a story, and the facilitator can lead the way by telling their own stories connected to the aromas.
