We make sure all of our products are individually inspected and rollerballs are sanitized before shipping. Due to the delicate nature of this pandemic, we cannot take any returns. To store and maintain lengthy use of your kits, close the caps tightly after use, keep them out of heat and direct sunlight, and do not refrigerate.  You may call or write any time with additional questions.
