I take my work seriously whether it's working with a celebrity or fashion brand (Coty) or on air fresheners, candles or kitty litter counter-actant odors for household items (SC Johnson, Church & Dwight, Colgate Palmolive or P&G), personal care products like shampoo (Clairol), and when it comes to my own brands, I stand with honor and integrity and make certain to spend the time and dollars to register for trademarks to protect myself and my small independent, woman-owned, above 60 business. On June 25th, 2024, I received the best news of the year from USPTO that Scent Therapy-Hierarchy of Needs™ is now an officially approved registered trademark! This icon ® can only be used when federally-approved and is s trademark that took 2 years to complete after filing on 8-04-22. Yes...2 years my friends and followers! Time, patience and some dollars are needed to attain this important "verification" and all the hurdles that you must prove to be federally registered with the government of the USA. Today, I'm celebrating the trademark, my freedom, and the ability to be able to stand in honor as a "verified" brand. Thank you USPTO. Long live the freedom and integrity of the USA🇺🇸
